We keep the reviews free to read by using affiliate links. Here is exactly what that means for you.
What an affiliate link is
Some links to a vendor are affiliate links. If you sign up or buy through one, we may earn a commission, at no extra cost to you. It does not change the price you pay. Vendor links that are affiliate links carry rel="sponsored nofollow" in the markup, and a visible "affiliate link" note where they appear as a call to action.
What it does not change
An affiliate relationship never decides whether a product is covered, how it is scored, or where it ranks. We include free tools that pay us nothing, and we rank products above others that do pay us when they earn it. If a product we have an affiliate link with is the wrong choice for you, we say so.
Sponsored reviews are separate
An affiliate link is not sponsorship. On the rare occasion a review is sponsored, it is labelled separately with a sponsored marker, and the terms are in our editorial policy. The verdict stays independent either way.
