HReasily

Modular payroll & HR · Singapore & South East Asia

The cheapest modular entry into local payroll: pick only the modules you need, from S$1.50 per employee per month, verified on the vendor’s page. The cautions are real: a thin, mixed review record, and the company let its original hreasily.com domain lapse to a domain squatter. Assessed from verified pricing and named reviewers.

At a glance

The short version

What we liked

  • The cheapest modular entry in the category: Leave, Claims or Time at S$1.50 per employee per month each
  • Payroll at S$4.30 per employee per month, verified on the vendor’s pricing page
  • Six-country coverage: Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Hong Kong and the Philippines
  • Pay only for the modules you actually use

Where it falls short

  • Not yet hands-on tested by us, research based for now
  • Thin and mixed public review record: 3.0 on Capterra from just 6 reviewers
  • The original hreasily.com domain lapsed and now serves a for-sale parking page; the company moved to hreasilygroup.com
  • Support and ecosystem are the weakest in our payroll category

Bottom line HReasily wins exactly one argument: price. If you need compliant payroll for the least money and are willing to do your own due diligence, the modular S$4.30 payroll undercuts everyone. If you want a product whose public track record does the reassuring for you, Talenox and Swingvy are the safer picks. See the full payroll roundup.

The verdict

What HReasily is, and who it is for

HReasily is a Singapore HR startup, founded in 2015 with about US$5 million raised, selling payroll and HR as à la carte modules: Payroll at S$4.30 per employee per month, and Leave, Claims or Time and Attendance at S$1.50 each, with a Full Suite at S$10, all verified on the vendor’s pricing calculator. It claims statutory coverage across six markets: Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Hong Kong and the Philippines, which is broader regional reach than any other product in our payroll list.

The price is the pitch. A five-person team that only needs payroll pays about S$21.50 a month, roughly half of what QuickHR or Swingvy charge for their entry stacks, and there is no minimum-user clause on the page. For a cost-first micro business, or a regional operation wanting one vendor across ASEAN payrolls, that is a real proposition.

Now the cautions, and they decide the score. The public review record is thin and mixed: 3.0 out of 5 on Capterra from only 6 reviewers, against Talenox’s and Swingvy’s consistently positive records. And in July 2026 we found that HReasily’s original domain, hreasily.com, had lapsed and now serves a domain-parker’s for-sale page; the company operates from hreasilygroup.com. The business is alive, its pricing page is current, and a domain migration is not a scandal, but letting a brand domain fall to a squatter, while thousands of people a month still search the brand name, is the kind of operational looseness you are entitled to weigh in a vendor that will hold your payroll data. It is why support and ecosystem score 5.8 and the overall lands at 6.9. This is our research based read; we will confirm it hands-on and update the review.

ModulePriceWhat you getWho it suits
PayrollThe core S$4.30/employee/mo Statutory payroll with payslips and contributions. The reason to consider HReasily at all.
Leave / Claims / Time S$1.50/employee/mo each Each module priced separately; facial-recognition clocking is S$4.30 with Time.Add only what you will use.
Full Suite S$10/employee/mo Everything bundled.Teams wanting all modules; compare against QuickHR Enhanced at this point.

The honest read: payroll-only at S$4.30 per head is the cheapest verified figure in our category, and the S$1.50 modules keep small stacks small. At the S$10 Full Suite level the price advantage evaporates against QuickHR’s S$10 Enhanced tier, which has the stronger review record, so HReasily makes most sense the smaller your module list is.

FAQ

Questions buyers ask us

How much does HReasily cost?
Modular, per employee per month in SGD, verified on the vendor’s pricing calculator: Payroll S$4.30; Leave, Claims or Time and Attendance S$1.50 each; facial-recognition clocking S$4.30 with Time; Full Suite S$10. Payroll-only is the cheapest verified per-head rate in our category.
Is HReasily still in business?
Yes. The company operates from hreasilygroup.com with a current pricing page. What changed is the domain: the original hreasily.com lapsed and now serves a for-sale parking page, so make sure you are on the group domain. We flag this honestly because it is the kind of housekeeping slip worth weighing in a payroll vendor.
Does HReasily handle CPF and IRAS?
Yes, Singapore statutory payroll with CPF contributions and IRAS reporting is documented, alongside statutory coverage for Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Hong Kong and the Philippines. Confirm the current statutory detail for your market with the vendor.
Is HReasily good?
The honest answer: the price is good and the public track record is thin. Capterra shows 3.0 from just 6 reviewers, well behind Talenox and Swingvy. If the modular price fits your need, trial it and ask for references; if you want reassurance built in, pay slightly more for a rival with a stronger record.
What countries does HReasily support?
Six documented markets: Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Hong Kong and the Philippines, which is the broadest regional payroll claim among the products in our roundup. That makes it worth a look for multi-country ASEAN operations wanting one vendor.

I assessed HReasily in July 2026 from its own pricing calculator on hreasilygroup.com, where every figure printed here was verified, its regional documentation and its Capterra record. I also verified, and print plainly, that the original hreasily.com domain now serves a for-sale parking page. HReasily runs no affiliate program, so nothing here earns us a commission. This is not yet a hands-on test, so it carries a research based score.
