QuickHR

All-in-one HR · Singapore

A Singapore all-in-one HR system with the most transparent pricing in the category: S$5, S$10 or S$15 per employee per month, verified on the vendor’s page, and PSG grant support to cut the bill further. The recurring complaint is support reachability. Assessed from verified pricing and named reviewers.

At a glance

The short version

What we liked

  • Published, verifiable pricing: S$5, S$10 or S$15 per employee per month, on the vendor’s own page
  • Genuinely all-in-one: payroll, leave, claims, attendance, timesheets, appraisals and recruitment by tier
  • Xero and QuickBooks integrations on the mid tier
  • PSG grant support can subsidise the cost for eligible Singapore SMEs
  • Named reviewers rate it 4.0 on Capterra and call it intuitive

Where it falls short

  • Not yet hands-on tested by us, research based for now
  • The recurring named-reviewer complaint is support: hard to reach, and promised callbacks that did not come
  • Singapore-first: confirm current Malaysia statutory coverage against your needs before relying on it
  • A 14-day trial capped at 5 headcounts is tight for evaluating payroll properly

Bottom line QuickHR’s pitch is simple: everything in one system, at a per-head price printed on the page, with a government grant to soften it. That transparency alone puts it ahead of quote-only rivals like JustLogin. For pure payroll simplicity, Talenox still leads. See the full payroll roundup.

The verdict

What QuickHR is, and who it is for

QuickHR is a Singapore all-in-one HR platform by Enable Business Pte Ltd, covering payroll with CPF and IRAS filing, leave, claims, attendance and timesheets, up through appraisals, e-learning and recruitment on the top tier. It is pitched squarely at Singapore SMEs, and its cost story is the cleanest in the category: S$5 per employee per month for Essentials, S$10 for Enhanced, S$15 for Enterprise, verified on the vendor’s own pricing page, with Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG) support available to eligible companies.

That published price matters more than it sounds. Half this category hides its rates behind quote forms; QuickHR lets a 20-person company compute its exact bill, S$100 or S$200 a month, before ever talking to sales. The mid Enhanced tier, the one most SMEs will land on, adds attendance, timesheets and the Xero and QuickBooks integrations that keep payroll journals in your books.

The honest caution is support. Across QuickHR’s otherwise positive named Capterra reviews, 4.0 out of 5 from a dozen reviewers, the repeated complaint is reachability: difficulty getting hold of someone, and promised callbacks that did not come. For payroll software, where a blocked pay run is an emergency, that is the risk to weigh against the price, and it is what holds the support score to 6.6. The 14-day, 5-headcount trial is also tight; plan your evaluation before starting it. This is our research based read; we will confirm it hands-on and update the review.

Verified on QuickHR’s pricing page in July 2026. All plans are per employee per month in SGD; a 14-day trial is limited to 5 headcounts.

PlanPriceWhat you getWho it suits
Essentials S$5/employee/mo Payroll, leave, claims, reports, documents, mobile app and workflows.SMEs that mainly need compliant payroll and leave.
EnhancedMost popular S$10/employee/mo Essentials plus attendance, timesheets, inventory, and Xero and QuickBooks integrations. Most growing SMEs; this is the realistic tier.
Enterprise S$15/employee/mo Everything: appraisals, e-learning, LMS, recruitment, biometric and kiosk support.Companies running full-cycle HR in one system.

The honest read: a 10-person team pays S$50 to S$150 a month depending on tier, which undercuts most all-in-one rivals, and PSG grant support can reduce it further for eligible Singapore companies. Check your eligibility on the vendor’s grant page before assuming the discount.

FAQ

Questions buyers ask us

How much does QuickHR cost?
Three tiers, all per employee per month in SGD and verified on the vendor’s page: Essentials S$5, Enhanced S$10 and Enterprise S$15. A 10-person company therefore pays S$50 to S$150 a month, and PSG grant support can reduce that for eligible Singapore SMEs.
Does QuickHR handle CPF and IRAS filing?
Yes. CPF calculation and IRAS income reporting are part of the core payroll module, per QuickHR’s Singapore documentation. Getting these right is the main reason to use local payroll software.
Is QuickHR PSG grant eligible?
QuickHR is marketed with Productivity Solutions Grant support for eligible Singapore SMEs, which can subsidise the subscription cost. Eligibility rules change, so confirm your company’s status on the official PSG channels before budgeting on the discount.
Does QuickHR have a free trial?
Yes, 14 days, limited to 5 headcounts, online with no installation. That cap makes it tight for evaluating a real payroll run, so plan what you want to test before starting the clock.
Does QuickHR integrate with Xero?
Yes, on the Enhanced tier (S$10 per employee per month) and above, alongside QuickBooks. Payroll journals flow into your accounting tool so books and payroll stay in sync.
