JustLogin

Payroll & HR · Singapore, since 2000

One of the oldest HR SaaS vendors anywhere, Singapore-built and still going after 25 years, with CPF, IRAS AIS and MOM compliance at its core. The catch: pricing is quote-only, so you cannot see a number before talking to sales. Assessed from documentation and named reviewers.

At a glance

The short version

What we liked

  • A 25-year Singapore payroll track record, with CPF, IRAS AIS and MOM compliance built into the core product
  • A genuinely broad suite: payroll, leave, time and attendance, expenses, benefits and appraisals in one system
  • 30-day free trial, no card required
  • Used by thousands of companies across South East Asia, so the statutory logic is battle-tested

Where it falls short

  • No published pricing at all: every plan is quote-only, so you cannot budget without a sales conversation
  • Not yet hands-on tested by us, research based for now
  • Named reviewers report inflexible payroll edge cases, such as fixed GIRO splits, and vague support answers
  • Most of its huge search footprint is employees looking for the login page, not a signal of buyer love

Bottom line JustLogin is the establishment choice in Singapore payroll: older than the category, compliant to the letter, and broader than most rivals. If you want a number on a page before you talk to anyone, Talenox and QuickHR publish theirs. If you want the fullest local suite and do not mind a quote, shortlist it. See the full payroll roundup.

The verdict

What JustLogin is, and who it is for

JustLogin has been selling cloud HR from Singapore since 2000, which makes it one of the oldest SaaS HR vendors in the world, not just the region. The product today is a full suite: payroll with CPF and IRAS Auto-Inclusion filing, leave, time and attendance, expenses, benefits and appraisals, sold in three bundles (Essential, Growth, Enterprise) and used by companies across South East Asia.

The compliance depth is the reason it survives: CPF contributions, IRAS AIS submission and MOM-aligned records are the product’s spine, and 25 years of statutory updates is exactly the kind of unglamorous reliability payroll buys. The suite is also genuinely broader than the newer local rivals; if you want appraisals and benefits in the same system as payroll, JustLogin has them and Talenox does not.

Two honest cautions. First, there is no published price. All three bundles are quote-only, with a 30-day free trial as the way in. We print no figure because the vendor prints none; budget-first buyers will find that friction, and it is the main reason the value score sits at 7.0. Second, the feedback pattern: named Capterra reviewers praise the coverage and ease of implementation but report rigid edge cases, such as salary GIRO amounts that cannot be split without affecting CPF calculations, no digital path for voluntary CPF contributions, and support answers that can be vague. None of that is disqualifying; it is the texture of a mature product. This is our research based read; we will confirm it hands-on and update the review.

Pricing

What JustLogin costs, as far as it can be verified

JustLogin publishes plan tiers but no prices: every tier is quote-only. We print no figure we cannot verify on a vendor page; this section describes the verified structure.

PlanPriceWhat you getWho it suits
EssentialCore modules By quote Payroll, People and Leave.SMEs that mainly need compliant payroll and leave.
Growth By quote Essential plus Expense, Benefits and Appraisal.Teams formalising HR beyond payroll.
Enterprise By quote The full AI-powered suite, all 12 modules.Larger organisations wanting everything in one system.

Why we print no price: the vendor does not publish one, and our rule is to print only figures verifiable on a vendor page, the same rule applied to SiteGiant and Lark. There is a 30-day free trial, so you can evaluate before the sales conversation. If JustLogin publishes a rate card, we will update this table and re-date the review.

FAQ

Questions buyers ask us

How much does JustLogin cost?
JustLogin does not publish prices. All three bundles, Essential, Growth and Enterprise, are quote-only, with a custom quote promised within 24 hours and a 30-day free trial as the way to evaluate first. We print no figure because the vendor prints none. If you want published pricing, Talenox and QuickHR both show theirs.
Does JustLogin handle CPF and IRAS filing?
Yes. CPF contribution calculation and IRAS Auto-Inclusion Scheme submission are core features of its Singapore payroll, per the vendor’s documentation, and 25 years of statutory updates back it. That compliance depth is the main reason to shortlist it.
Is there a free JustLogin plan?
No free tier, but there is a 30-day free trial of the suite with no card required. After that, every plan is paid and quote-based.
Is JustLogin good for a small business?
It fits SMEs that want a full HR suite, payroll, leave, time, expenses, benefits and appraisals, in one system. A very small team that mainly needs payroll done right will likely find Talenox simpler and cheaper to start with, since it has a free tier and published per-head pricing.
Who owns JustLogin?
JustLogin Pte Ltd, a Singapore company that has run the product since 2000, making it one of the world’s earliest HR SaaS vendors. It serves thousands of companies across South East Asia.

I assessed JustLogin in July 2026 from its plan documentation, its Singapore payroll compliance pages and named Capterra reviewers. I printed no price because the vendor publishes none, every tier is quote-only, and our rule is to print only what a vendor page verifies. JustLogin runs no affiliate program for content sites, so nothing here earns us a commission. This is not yet a hands-on test, so it carries a research based score.
