Most inventory roundups would put Zoho Inventory at the top, note that it is well built, and move on. That would be accurate and useless, because it skips the fact that actually decides this purchase in Singapore and Malaysia.
Zoho Inventory has no native Shopee, Lazada or TikTok Shop connector. For a seller in this region, those channels are frequently not a side experiment, they are the business. Bridging them means paying for third-party middleware, which is another vendor, another monthly bill, and another integration that can silently stop syncing at two in the morning and leave you overselling stock you no longer have.
So the honest ranking is conditional, and we would rather say so than pretend there is one winner. If you sell direct, through your own site or wholesale, buy Zoho Inventory: the stock control is stronger, the reporting is trustworthy, and you can start free. If your revenue arrives through the regional marketplaces, then SiteGiant and EasyStore do the one job you cannot do without, and their weaker reporting is a price worth paying for sync that exists.
There is a second thing worth knowing about Zoho, and it is not a criticism so much as a budgeting fact: GST, SST and MyInvois are handled in Zoho Books, not in Inventory. The two work together by design, but if compliance is part of what you are solving, you are buying two products, and you should compare prices on that basis.
