Zoho CRM

Sales CRM · part of the Zoho suite

The most CRM for the money, and the obvious pick if you already run Zoho Books or other Zoho apps. Free for up to 3 users, forever. One honesty note: Zoho renders its SGD prices in the browser only, so we print no price we could not verify. Assessed from documentation and named reviewers.

At a glance

The short version

What we liked

  • A genuinely free edition for up to 3 users, with contacts, deals and workflow automation
  • Deep sales features at every tier: automation, scoring, and AI assistance on upper plans
  • First-class fit with Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory and the rest of the 50-plus app suite
  • Annual billing discounts of up to 34 percent per Zoho’s own pricing page

Where it falls short

  • Not yet hands-on tested by us, research based for now
  • Zoho’s SGD prices render client-side only, so we print no figure we could not verify on the served page
  • A steeper learning curve than HubSpot; depth comes with configuration
  • Support quality is the most common complaint among named reviewers across platforms

Bottom line For a small team already running Zoho Books, adding Zoho CRM is close to a default decision: same vendor, same login, and your invoicing and pipeline share one customer record. For everyone else it is the value-per-feature champion that asks more patience in setup than HubSpot. See the full CRM roundup.

The verdict

What Zoho CRM is, and who it is for

Zoho CRM is the sales pipeline piece of Zoho’s 50-plus app suite: contacts, deals, workflow automation, sales forecasting, and AI assistance on the upper tiers, sold in four paid editions (Standard, Professional, Enterprise, Ultimate) above a free edition for up to 3 users that includes the essentials a very small sales team needs.

Its case rests on two legs. The first is value density: at every price point Zoho CRM ships more configurable capability, custom modules, scoring rules, deeper automation, than similarly priced rivals, which is why brand searches for it in Singapore and Malaysia dwarf every generic CRM term. The second is the ecosystem: if your books already live in Zoho Books or your stock in Zoho Inventory, the CRM shares customer records, billing and sign-on with them, and the bundled Zoho One subscription can undercut buying point tools separately.

The trade-offs are consistent across named reviewers: a steeper learning curve than HubSpot, because the depth arrives as configuration rather than defaults, and support that draws the most complaints of any aspect, a pattern we also noted in our Zoho Books research. And one honesty note that is ours rather than reviewers’: Zoho’s pricing page renders its non-INR currencies in the browser only. The served page we could verify shows the plan ladder and the up-to-34-percent annual discount, but not an SGD figure, so per our verification bar, the same one applied to SiteGiant and Lark, we print no local price and link you to Zoho’s own page for the current number. This is our research based read; we will confirm it hands-on and update the review.

Pricing

What Zoho CRM costs, as far as it can be verified

Zoho’s pricing page renders SGD figures client-side, so no local price could be verified against the served page in July 2026. The verified structure: a free edition and four paid per-user tiers, with annual billing saving up to 34 percent.

PlanPriceWhat you getWho it suits
Free editionUp to 3 users Free Contacts, deals, basic workflow automation, mobile apps.Micro teams starting structured sales tracking.
Standard / Professional Per user/mo Scoring rules, forecasting, more automation; Professional adds inventory-style records and validation. Most small sales teams land here.
Enterprise / Ultimate Per user/mo Zia AI, advanced customisation, sandboxes, richer analytics.Larger teams with an admin who will configure it.

Why we print no number: the SGD price exists only after Zoho’s currency switcher runs in your browser; the page a crawler receives shows INR. Our rule is to print only prices verifiable on the served vendor page, so check Zoho’s pricing page for the current SGD rate. Two verified facts to anchor on: the free edition covers 3 users, and annual billing is discounted up to 34 percent.

SG & MY compliance

The local checks that matter

Free edition honesty Genuine Up to 3 users with contacts, deals and basic automation, forever. A real starting point for a micro sales team, not a trial in disguise.
Zoho ecosystem fit First class Shares customer records and sign-on with Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory and the wider suite; the strongest reason to choose it over rivals.
Region-agnostic CRM Fine for SG & MY A CRM carries no GST, SST or e-invoicing duty; those live in your accounting tool. Zoho CRM pairs naturally with Zoho Books, which we reviewed for exactly those checks.
Verifiable local pricing Client-side only SGD figures render in-browser only, so we print none. The plan ladder and the up-to-34-percent annual discount are verified on the served page.
Learning curve & support Budget patience Named reviewers consistently flag setup complexity and mixed support quality. The depth is real; so is the configuration time it demands.

FAQ

Questions buyers ask us

Is Zoho CRM free?
There is a genuinely free edition for up to 3 users with contacts, deals, basic workflow automation and mobile apps, with no time limit. Beyond 3 users or for scoring, forecasting and deeper automation, you move to one of four paid per-user tiers.
How much does Zoho CRM cost in Singapore?
Honestly: Zoho’s page only renders SGD prices in the browser, so we could not verify a local figure against the served page and we print none, the same rule we apply to every vendor. Check Zoho’s pricing page for the current SGD rate; annual billing is discounted up to 34 percent per Zoho’s own page.
Zoho CRM or HubSpot, which is better?
Pick HubSpot for the easiest adoption and a free tier with unlimited users; pick Zoho CRM for more configurable depth per dollar and if you already run Zoho apps. Teams without a willing admin adopt HubSpot faster; teams with one get more from Zoho.
Does Zoho CRM work with Zoho Books?
Yes, natively, and it is the strongest reason to choose it: customers, invoices and deals share one record across Zoho Books and the CRM, with single sign-on across the suite. GST and IRAS InvoiceNow duties live in Books, which we reviewed separately.
Is Zoho CRM good for a small business?
Yes, with one condition: someone must own the setup. Named reviewers consistently praise the capability for the price and flag the learning curve and mixed support. Start on the free 3-user edition, prove the pipeline habit, then pay for the tier whose features you have actually hit the limits of.

I assessed Zoho CRM in July 2026 from its plan documentation, its served pricing page, and named reviewers across G2 and Capterra. I deliberately printed no SGD price because Zoho renders local currency in the browser only, the same verification bar applied to SiteGiant and Lark. This is not yet a hands-on test, so it carries a research based score.
